Premise

Becky is nine years old, and is fed up with the responsibilities of adult life, throwing out the trash and washing the dishes. Deciding to finally become the boss of her own, she sends a letter to the President, demanding full sovereignity and independence for her room.

The overworked, distracted President accidentally grants Becky’s request, and her room becomes the fully independent Republic of Beckystan. Before long, there is a knock on the door. A short, middle-aged man in military uniform offers her a suitcase full of money in exchange for asylum. Becky, tempted by all the toys she can buy with the money, grants his request. Thus Becky gives political asylum to Viktor Nazayev, the deposed dictator of Blovania and a war criminal wanted by every country in the world.
